24 hrs gone to 24yrs express courier Nightmare!

Requested express courier service online on Monday 11/02/19 8am. Package was collected and expected time of delivery was Tuesday 12/02/19 before 13:00. Friday 15/02/19, After numerous attempts at tracking the package and being told I need to relax it is still on its way, package still has not arrived. Depot warehouse says package was sent same day on 11/02/19 to Receiving warehouse. Distance between 2 points is 550km Receiving warehouse says package never arrived to them. That package is urgent and each day it dies not arrive there are financial costs being incurred and contacted breaches by the addressee. The worst courier experience ever
