2 weeks and still delivery hasnt arrived

I have been waiting for my delivery since last week Monday. I would wait at home the next thing I get an SMS stating that the delivery was unsuccessful. no one calls. we are in the second week now and still, no one has ever phoned me. Yesterday I waiting the next thing my delivery was canceled without being informed. you guys are very *********** and honestly, you don't need to exist. useless Skynet
