15 days awaiting my parcel (Vehicle license disk)

This has got to be the worst courier company ever. Its my second time experiencing delayed delivery of parcel. Order my License disk which expired 31 July 2023, it was ordered on the 25th July 2023, till this day it has not yet arrived, made several calls to Skynet, The driver indicated on the 10th I was not available but they never call or attempted to reach me on my provided cellphone number, they returned my parcel and it has not been delivered to dat. Made a call today which was promised delivery by today or tomorrow. They do not care about customers, and might get a traffic fine with driving with expired license disc
