0% customer service

These guy's make you wait for so long on the call but don't get the issue sorted out , I've finally got a hold of them , was then put through to speak to the delivery guy, promised he would be at my home in 20minutes time , I've waited over an hour and he did not show up , I then tracked my order online and find out that the status is sitting on customer not available/not home. This is a lie because they never came to my home and did not even attempt to call me . 0 for customer service, and I'm not sure when I will be receiving my parcel/order .
