Disgusting service

I am totally disappointed and disgusted by your service and driver who goes by the name of fresh. He was supposed to deliver a parcel 3 weeks ago and every time we follow up he tells us he was at the gate and nobody opened which is utter *******.

Today he called at 06:00 and confirmed that he will be here by 12, I called him twice to check his whereabouts and he informed me that I'm not the only client and he will call when he is at the gate but he never showed up.

What upsets me more is that I was at home with a sick child that I could not take to the doctor because I was waiting for him.

I'm very angry and can't wait to give him a piece of my mind when he finally decides to deliver the parcel.
