Some delays and problems, but received everything as promised

When we placed our initial order in August 2022, everything went very well. Ordered the Friday, goods delivered on Monday and installation began on the Wednesday. But due to a bad installer hired by Skynat, and the solar panels not being what we ordered, things went sour. After 6 months of promises to sort out the problems, I am glad to say that Peter kept his word. Cash flow problems made it difficult for them to immediately sort out our issues. But we finally received the correct panels and the rails were reattached according to regulations. Peter went out of his way to sort out the things that were not to our satisfaction. I believe that Skynat has the potential to be a great business, but I do get concerned when I see some recurring problems. The installer he sent this time did excellent work. So in spite of the hiccups, we have our fully functional solar system.
