Skynat have not supp**** the R66000 worth of batteries we paid for.

<div>We first bought our 8KVA system from ****** on 13th of March 2023. We spoke to *******d. The waybill that was sent was from ****** from Skynat and we had to speak to Peter in relation to the sending of the components. Jean and Peter claim they are not in business together but since we they have only supp**** 70% of our order they are blaming each other for the problem. They have not supp**** us with the specified batteries - so we cannot set up our system. They admit that they do not actually have the batteries in stock (even though the website still claims that they do) and are refusing to refund us the R66000 that the batteries are worth (as they have no money...). We are currently laying a complaint with the Ombudsman and are speaking to lawyers to see if we can recoup our loss. We have had to engage with almost daily phone calls and WhatsApps that are getting more and more unpleasant. I would strongly recommend to not do business with either Skynat or ****** and to not trust the claims they make on their website or on the phone. #peterselanje #skynat #nixenergy</div>
