Pathetic Service

Feedback and comment on this Company stated as: South Africa's Largest Solar Electricity as a Service Company called “Skynat Solar Pty Ltd based in Unit 5, Five Star Industrial, Laser Park, JHB. I Started off by going to this Companies warehouses to pick up my batteries and Inverter and paying the full amount when my stuff was loaded. They are Miss using their customers by the customer having to pay the full amount before delivery- no outlay from their side. Very poor after sales service as their installers was asking me for extra money after I paid for the equipment and installation. When you have a problem, the owner/s NEVER answers the phone! When they do, you get a dispassionate and pathetic response on the other end. I am still waiting after 8 days for a response on an inverter that just stop working after 5 months (purchased from them) and under a so called 5 year warranty that was stated and set in writing on my final statement. When I query the guarantee, I was sent the so called return and refund policy which I never got before the purchase. It's been close to 10 days and nobody bothers with any feedback. Every time I call, I'm promised that it is sent in to the suppliers and they will call me back. No following up from their side!!! Needless to say, they don’t stick to their promise and me as the customer need to follow up constantly. I am still awaiting the call after I had to wait a week before they came to take THE Inverter out for investigation. The owner or one of them Just sent me the following message (don’t want to expose names - “ to be honest, the only reason why no no one has come back as yet is because I don't have any money on my side even for them (the installers)to put petrol. The other day - one of the installers kept waiting on Monday but I had R0 on me. I don't wanna keep holding you, please give “the installer” something for petrol so that he can come and sort this out” Needless to say, I paid the person just to try and sort out my problem and the inverter is now send to the suppliers and I am still awaiting a result. Obviously the owner is not answering his phone and I am still awaiting an answer. When talking to them, they are too busy with new customers, but can’t even sort the ones they have out. When you see this name -“RUN AWAY “
