Lies, empty promises and loves to just take your money!! Do not buy from them!!!

If there were negative stars, that is the way I would go. Do not and I repeat do not use Skynat Energy for your solar solutions. End of June 2022, my husband bought a system from them. Oh boy do they have great reviews on their website, which we now believe is ****. The system is not working the way it should, they don't give you refunds on stuff you bought from them and did not receive, they don't give you a COC as stated on their invoice - they want you to pay for it extra. They make empty promises of panels that will be replaced, but they can't follow through on that, we gave Peter more than enough time to get replacement panels and to sort our system. They don't communicate with customers at all and now Peter from Skynat Energy starts blame shifting on why they don't have money and how they could have replaced at least one of our broken panels with another one that is cracked. How do you replace something that is broken with something that is broken? You have to keep on asking for feed back, for when will everything be repaired and replaced. Nothing - just empty promises. Everybody that bought from them as paid over R100K and now the latest is they don't have the money for replacement panels. Oh, Peter wanted to make a new deal with us where he will replace 3 of our panels if we give him a great review on Hello Peter. Think again. We made a deal the day we paid for the whole system. We should have took the time and read all the reviews on Hello Peter, if we knew then what we know now we would never have spent a cent at Skynat Energy. They ***** your money, can't repair anything, makes empty promises and lie to you about everything. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
