Bad service or rather no service at all

I tried for two days to get hold of anybody at Skynat. It doesn't matter what option I select 1 for account, 2 for Technical support or just hold for assistance, the line disconnects. I once got hold of Peter. He said that he would call me back. I'm still waiting for his call. I tried the whatsapp line. The same Peter answered. But this is so disappointing. He doesn't answer the questions that I ask for specific products. After asking several times the same questions he still doesn't answer my questions and just suggest a different product to me. If I wanted the product he suggests, I would have asked for it. Answer the questions that I ask! It is disappointing for a customer that is interested in your products to be treated like this.
