Shocking after service, untidy workmanship and unprofessional delivery of a service

I would not recommend that anyone does business with this company. The quoted to install an inverter and battery, the quote was affordable but the installation and after service were shocking. They lifted paving and did not return it to its original standard, the installed thick trunking along a prominent wall to reach my DB and did not link my phone to the inverter as promised.

In an effort to assist a small business I agreed to pay while withholding a small amount until they rectified the agreed snags however they have not returned 4 months later claiming to be busy out of town and not answering most of my attempts to communicate.

They also refused to give me a Certificate of Compliance (COC) claiming that this is an additional charge even though it is a legal requirement that I have one.
