Shocking quality of "finished" doll house

I ordered and paid R6000 for a doll / play house for my grandchild. What Skymax delivered was a badly constructed structure with the roof collapsing, holes in the wooden planks, splinters on every surface, skew Windows, door that can't open, etc. When all this was presented to the owner with photo evidence, he made promises that it will be fixed which to date hasn't happened. Telephone calls and emails have been ignored and I have wasted my money
