Disappointing experience with Skylane

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Skylane (https://skylane.co.za), especially with a developer named Bright. The service was nothing short of appalling. Not only was Bright incredibly rude and obnoxious, but he also provided no assistance or support once the job was supposedly complete.

To make matters worse, we discovered that Skylane was charging us for services that were never provided. When we requested to move our domain to a different hosting company, we were met with hostility and foul language. It was clear that Skylane is not only unprofessional but also operates with outdated systems and has no real expertise in web development.

The only thing they seem proficient at is taking people's money while providing zero service. We never received the services we paid for, not even once. When we asked for the necessary files and folders or assistance with migrating our website, we were met with rude and uncooperative behavior, refusal to take our calls, and even having our calls cut off.

Bright, in particular, had no idea what he was talking about, making the entire experience frustrating and unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding Skylane if you value professionalism, reliability, and quality service.
