I recently purchased a sphere vase from the business on the 17 July 2022. The lady is quite professional as she sent me an invoice as well as kept me updated as to when the courier service will contact me. The courier service asked me to pay an insurance fee (red flag 1). When I contacted her, she told me that she has escalated to the manager (red flag 2). I have now tried contacting her and the courier company on several occasions and have not received any responses nor have my calls been returned.
