Paid R2000 deposit for decor that was never done!!

I met with Feroz in Feb 2015 to arrange surprise 50th birthday for my husband for 13 June 2015. I paid a R2000 deposit the same day. In May I tried contacting him to finalize the decor. I received no response to my desperate emails/SMS'/WhatsApp. At the end of May I had no choice but to get someone else to do the decor. We continued sending messages but received no response. Last week I got a friend to call him and setup a meeting with him at the Golden Horse Casino where he claims to have the authority to arrange discounts on venues, meals, etc.<br> Feroz got the shock of his life.... and he tried to ******** us. After the threats he eventually paid back half the money in cash and he called a friend to transfer the balance. A bit of man handling by my husband attracted the attention of the Casino security with the matter officially dealt with by the security. We would like to thank the Golden Horse Casino for their efficiency and hope that this ********* is banned from their establishment.<br> <br> <br> <br>
