avoiding giving money back

I have hired skyfer designs /panache designer weddings which they are a decor company in July do decor for a baby shower which the owner feroz came all the way from pine town were his business is for a deposit of R750 which I paid an received a receipt from then we discussed what I wanted etc the whole of august I haven't heard of him an couldn't get in contact knowing my function is on the 5th sept sat on that week wednesdayof the function I received an email saying he cannot make it he is unavailable leaving me stressed to find some one new to do the decor I have sent emails an called regarding my money back but apparently he is to busy I am totally disgusted with him very angry an would like to get my money back a unhappy client
