I contacted the business for a quotation upon where I had to call numerous times for an assessment to be done for my garden. Eventually my garden was assessed. Then only to basically beg for a quotation which I once again had to request on numerous occassions, only to receive the utmost rude telephone call where I was verbally abused and told in an abusive manner to take my business eksewhere. I still don't have a quotation.
