Withheld deposit

Good day,<br> My name is Tebogo Mabizela, I am a student at the University of Johannesburg and I would like to communicate a number of events that took place at 54 Delheim Melville where I took resident.<br> When I and three of my friends first arrived at the 2 bedroom, living area, kitchen and one bathroom Skye Letting apartment, there were a number of problems with this apartment that we had communicated that were never fixed.<br> Firstly we had a ****roach problem that we had communicated to the Skye Letting Company that was never attended to, we then communicated a rodent problem due to the whole in the wall that they did not attend to also, after we had communicated that issue, we had a broken door handle, our toilet did not flush properly and we communicated that too, lastly the whole apartment smelled of a wet damp carpet, we communicate all these issues and in 12 months, none of them were attended to.<br> <br> I am now seeking help from people who can argue as to whether I am right or wrong about feeling how I feel and doing what I am doing.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Tebogo Mabizela<br>
