Agreement not honored

I have a lease agreement with skye letting on 44 Melville Mews, Auckland Park, Johannesburg, South Africa. Our lease states that I can move in on 01-02-2015, but I had an arrangement with the agent to move in on the 31-01-2015. When I arrived in auckland park having driven all the way from Rustenburg, the agent tells me the property is not vacant yet. Now who has to incur all extra costs of me driving bk home with my goods and driving bk to auckland park the next day? agents Refilwe and Cristin have no courstesy, no decency to inform us in time as their clients. They don't even worry about the inconvenience. .they jus say u have to understand. This is the most disgusting, inconveniencing, most rude, ***********, down right despicable service I have ever received. As a paying client I am unhappy and disappointed. I do not recommend skye letting to anyone because all they care about is the your money..they dont care about you. Now its 01-02-2015 and im still waiting outside with my luggage. .Cristin switched off her fone. We are still out on the street even though we have paid thousands of rands in deposits and rent money.
