ABUSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE OVERALL

Skye Events has to be the WORST service provider we've ever encountered. Their customer service is unbelievably pathetic. We hired them for a function today (23.12.23), which they were supposed to set up for yesterday (22.12.23). They kept delaying the set up time until they arrived after 9 PM only to drop off their filthy, food stained tables and backdrop. They ignored our calls this morning when they were supposed to arrive to set up. Turned up LATE, claiming they had other events to attend to, traffic and every excuse under the sun (their tardiness and failure to plan their schedules is NOT our problem). It went further in that they threatened to assault our father, arguing and screaming at our family and constantly calling us annoying, saying that we were complaining when we pointed out how dirty their cutlery, crockery, tables, chair cushions and backdrop were. They go against the term "the customer is always right." Their crockery was soaking wet and they didn't even have a cloth to dry them so they asked to use ours. At the last minute, they threatened that they would take their stuff and leave, so they think it’s fine to delay the customer and then leave them hanging at the last minute. Didn’t provide everything that was paid for, and their attitudes were beyond disgusting. Don't waste your money with these people! There's other small businesses you could support.
