Absolutely unprofessional

Very disappointing experience. The lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable, especially on the day of our function.

Items were left incomplete, we were not properly informed of what was happening, and some of the items supp**** were dirty and damaged. As a paying client, I expect reliability, communication and quality—not last-minute stress and excuses.

I would strongly recommend that this business improve its customer service, communication and quality control.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not use their services again.
