Terrible delivery service, no update on the tracking and confused customer service agents

The worst distribution company ever!! I bought items from Converse on the 29th November and till now the parcel is not even moving. When you call the agents seem like they dont even know what is going on. Everyone is confused. 10 days later and still no one can tell me why there has been a shipment on my parcel since the 3rd December till today the 11th. I have sent countless emails and no one responds. Terrible service, and when you ask for a refund they tell you it will take longer than te delivery. WOW!!! They should close this business coz its clearly not running as well as it should.
