TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a pair of sneakers from the Converse Online store on the 28/11/2024 and was advised that a delivery will be made within 5 business days. Today is the 12th of December and I still have not received the sneakers I ordered. The customer service from them is horrible and appalling.
