DISGUSTING SERVICE ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Very poor service from Skye Distributors of Converse footwear and apparel. Returns and refunds take far too long and they can see all the online complaints and yet they do nothing. I have been collecting Converse sneakers since 1998 and have built up a collection of more than 70 pairs. Even loyal customer are treated with disdain as though we don't merit priority or even halfway decent service. Emails don't get answered anymore, their response now is to ignore me on the hopes that I will do away. I WILL NOT GO AWAY!!!!
