Skye-Customs Poor Service

If there were a minus star I would pick that. They were commissioned late August to do a pergola and landscaping for me. It progressed to other little things all of which were paid for. They offered me freebies which they layer through in my face as I was impatient (late November). I paid for the freebies I didn't ask for. My pergola is a mess. The lighting was cut off with the promise they would replace it or refund me. Still no refund or replacement. Yvette and Eugene you're a shame to any being trying to be a one man show. You want to flourish, you need to sweat and provide excellent service and customer relations. Talk only goes so far, thereafter action is the game changer. #biggestmistakeofmylifeandmostmoneywaisted
