I purchase two pairs of sneakers ONLINE on Converse.co.za Worst experience of my life..!! The transaction was made on 20/11/2022. I’ve received the parcel, but both sneakers too big. I activated a return online, as they do not accept it any other way. I’ve waited WEEKS for Couriers to collect the return parcel, i moved mountains to get this done. TODAY I found out that they’ve only refund me after nearly a month for one pair instead of TWO pairs of sneakers ..!! PLEASE be careful to do your ONLINE purchase with CONVERSE because their whole system with teir Distribution Company, which is SKYE DISTRIBUTORS (Pty) Ltd, is totally unprofessional & totally not acceptable at all..!! I’ve called this Skye Distribution Company thousands of times for a month long, wrote SO many emails, only to discover I’m dealing with an automated system, DEAD ENDS every time..!! 😡😡😨 The manager of Skye, Ms Thangeni, was NEVER available. Have spoken with SO many members there:- Wesley. Daniel Pohl. Daniel. And two other ladies.
