No refund, despite submitting all required documents

Very disappointed that this company would take this long to process my refund, which still hasn't been paid. There has been zero follow up on the part of the company. Today (11/07/2022) I call and their lines are not getting answered. I have never had such poor service. You are damaging the reputation of the clothing brands that you sell. Please do better.
