Shortcuts and No Repair

Skyblue pools came to install my pool in January. Unfortunately the wiring to connect the power for the pump was installed incorrectly. The wire was run underground through my garden (with no pipe insulation) and was then carried into the roof of my house to link to a power source that I can't find! No dedicated pool switch was created on my DB board. Unfortunately, by the time I found the error, I had already paid them in full. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get them to send an electrician to do the repair . I've been promised on 3 occasions that he will arrive and he never shows up. The lack of communication is appalling.
