No interest from Sky Blue Pools to resolve issue with leaking pool.

I am disappointed with service received. My pool was marbelited and painted by Sky Blue Pools. The pool is still leaking water, and white spots have appeared on the walls of the pool. I reported it on 06 July 2026. Natasha from Sky Blue Pools advised me to notify her when the water level has settled. I kept her informed and notified her on 14 July 2026 that the level had settled. I also provided photos to her. Since then, Natasha has not answered my calls, and there has been no effort from Sky Blue Pools to inspect the pool, contact me, or to resolve the problem. It is disappointing that once payment has been made, there appears to be no interest to assist me. The job was carried out without supervision, which raises concern about the quality of workmanship. There has been no effort from Sky Blue Pools to resolve the problem. I cannot recommend them to anyone.
