Marbelite came off as pool was filling

Gerald is a talker of note. You would be lucky to get a word in edgewise. I decided to go with him as he was recommended by others. From the word go I had issues with how they were doing things. He would not listen and just talked over me. I eventually left him to do his own thing. Bad idea. When they finished, his team started filling the pool immediately. Some guys were still applying marbelite when the hose went in. They did not wait for the next day. As the pool filled, the water was murky. Few days later, as per his instruction, we used a pool brush to brush and suck the new marbelite. This is when we found some parts were rough for the brush. When the murkiness cleared a week later, we saw the marbelite came off in big patches. We contacted Gerald, he came out, blamed the creepy and chemicals in the water. Creepy was only put in the day he came, 3 weeks after filling pool. No chemicals up to that point. He took a water sample. No result, and no Gerald. He does not respond to my calls.
