Failed to deliver & Disappeared with our deposit

26 March 2018 we paid a 50% deposit to Skyblue Holdings (pools) for them to build a new pool for us, the guy failed to deliver he gave us stories after stories when he had to come start building the pool we ended up asking for our money back the deposit we paid was amounting to R33500.00 he later said he used our money to work on other pools (responded with bad attitude) so he can’t refund us our money at the time and requested to refund us end of December 2018, we went & sought legal advice & our lawyer contacted him he gave him bad attitude as well that he will pay us back end of December; to date he has never said anything & no refund. the lawyer contacted him again now in Jan 3019 informing him of the the steps taken that he will be surmond to court & his response was I don’t care do what you want & made no mention that he will refund us.... we desperately need our money back so we can get someone to build our pool... this company is ***** & they are ******* who prey on people.... we need our Money back in full please.
