Gerald has no idea what he is doing. He just drops of some random guys who also have no clue. They left my pool in worse condition then it was before they worked on it. No use in calling them back as it will just waste more time and money. <br> Please work through a reputable company and not fly by nights like these guys.

The reason why your pool was Peeling off is that we finished Re-Marbeliting today and the following day you put chemicals. If you remember very well, i told you not to put the chemicals for the period of Two weeks because your pool was like a new pool (After Re-marbelite). But eventually, someone put chemicals in your pool. But after you informed us we came back to assist you
As for future, i will ask you to follow the service provider' instruction. We apologise for any inconvenience
