I really can’t complain

from the moment they started handling my case de facto, things went well. Refund came on time, and it was even a bit higher than promised. But starting my case was not as easy as it should have been. There were a couple of issues, I don’t recall exactly. Something about forms. In any case, my story had a happy ending, so I really can’t complain.
