Don't let their flashy website fool you. Their service is pathetic, they lack organisational and communication s****s and treat their customers like trash and they still have the audacity to ignore your emails when you write to them complaining. Sky world ruined our trip and almost ruined our entire mtn bushfire experience! They transported us in a ragged bus, They served us disgusting watery&burnt eggs and chicken + cheap brand baked beans on paper sheets because they didn't buy enough plates!! Shortage of tents leaving us frustrated meanwhile they had already allocated for themselves!! their service was BAD in all aspects!! They are the WORST! Their level of DISRESPECT to their clients is beyond shocking!
