Sky WASHING POWDER BULK DEPARTMENT poor service delivery

Dissapointing service on a regular basis from Sky Wholesale Bulk department. Constant WAITING and constant STOCK SHORTAGES. It is abundantly clear that there is no clear forecasting system in place given that they are regularly short of stock. To add insult to injury they keep customers waiting for hours, some even for days sleeping in their vehicles. This is bad business to treat customers in such an apathetic manner bullying the poor small business man as he tries to earn an honest RAND in a very challenging climate. Because the demand is so HIGH the BULK DEPARTMENT sit in the pound seat not stepping up with service efficency. Another huge concern is that there is no true forklift available for the Bulk department. Plus, when the forklift is afforded to the BULK department to buy it'd mostly FLAT.

Regularly I waited no less than 1 hour for service. others wait 48 hours.

I have tried adnauseum to speak to management but they are highly secretive to disclose details.

Eventually, after much begging and pleading I got an email address and shared concerns. No suprise. No response.

It may be a good washing powder but THE BULK DEPARTMENT could run more effectively plus service can improve.
