Formal Complaint Regarding ********* Conduct by Debt Collector – Graham Viviers from Sky Trace. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of one of your appointed debt collectors, Graham Viviers, who did not claim to be representing Sky Trace pretending to be working for African Bank. I only found out just now that he **** because I couldn’t sleep but do my own research.Mr. Viviers approached me at my place of work, which is a highly inappropriate and unprofessional setting for debt collection activity. Not only did this violate my privacy and dignity, but it also placed me under extreme pressure in front of my colleagues, leading to ************ and embarrassment. I was coerced into signing an agreement without being given the time, space, or information to properly consider my options. To further add to my concerns, he failed to present any formal letter of collection, did not identify himself as an “Employee at African Bank”
