I bought Mobile Cold room for R54 500

I bought Mobile Cold room for R54 500.00 and return it within 7 days because it performing what i wanted, I run small butchery/Chesa Nyama business. I wanted to put meat and the freezer. when I bought it I was told it will be able to keep meat for the whole money only to be disappointed when it failed to freeze the meat for 4 days, I collected it on the 14 September 2026 and return it on the 21 September 2026. They even sent their Technician to fix it but failed, thats when I return it and ask for refund. They refunded R45 325.00 and keep R9 175.00 I am asking for your assistance in recovering the remaining balance of R9175.00 and the R1000.00 I paid for their Technician who came to fix their freezer. with me I have copy on Invoice and copy of received back document. their contact numbers are Mr Mbatha *** and ***. my contact number ***
