Very poor service

Please can someone in management give me a call. Its been a total mess working with you from the start. <br> I had to settle putting in doors I'm not really happy with. <br> When the plans was being drawn up , they showed that they all go inward, after phoning I was told that the hinges can just been turned around so that will not been an issue. I also said that there are security gates on the outside, i was told you will move them back, no problem. So i was happy and paid the 60 odd thousand to you<br> When the doors got there, they were all swinging inside and i was told it cant be turned around, you need to remanufacture it. Another 6 week waiting time. So i said leave it, i can not wait. Your guys started installing the doors with the security gates on the outside. Making it impossible to get out the house once gate is closed. I said you guys must move it. I get a response of \if we damage the security door we will be held liable for it"Why tell me you can if you cant? <br> I was told 3 day installation. Its now day 6"
