Sold broken Fridge

<p>I purchased a second hand butchery fridge from Sky refrigeration and the agreement was that they would check the fridge and and ensure it is in working condition. The fridge was delivered and while it turned on, the fridge never got cold. I contacted the owner (Justice) who promised to repair the fridge at his costs but he never came instead he kept promising to come on various dates but never pitched or even bother to let me know he is not coming. In the mean time I lost out on sales and time waiting for him. I eventualy informed him that I will get an independant technician to repair the fridge and Sky Refridgeration will refund me. I got someone to repair the fridge sent the invoice to Sky refridgeration but instead of paying me they have been making promising after promise to pay but they never did.</p> <p>To date I still await the refund. This company is not professional at all and have no idea what customer service is. In fact I doubt they even know what they are doing as they claim to have checked the fridge before delivery but still it did not work.</p>
