The fans are really great and the after sales service is beyond world class. We had a small problem with the fan we bought, and the service we got from Tami was something to behold. She sent two highly competent people, Emma and Allie, around and they solved the problem absolutely perfectly. I have never before encountered such incredible service. Thank you.
