They never get back to me .

I bought the hair in December 2017 total cost was R4900 thinking its the best investment as I normally buy their hair and never gave me any problems in January my 360 closure which cost R2400 {20 inch } was damaged the whole front part doesn't have any hair I contacted them firstly inbox they asked me to whats app the I did several times then decided to call them I tried that also several times they promised they will refund me and they will send detail via whats app on how am I going to send the closure back mind you Its a wig now which I need to undo and re-do it again when I finally get the closure back that's if I will get it. I am really disappointed.
