Disgusted!!!!!!!

The most horrible experience I ever had!!! PTA BRANCH: bought hair this December.. It turned out it was ****. They won't even refund you, coming up with all excuses in the world.. That they will be taking the hair for treatment... Gosh employees are so rude!!!plus the useless manager who know nothing about running a business, wanting to fix things through a call. You guys are ****s... Stop selling **** hairs. I won't recommend anyone to buy their ****, plastic hair.. Work on your manners!!!
