Disappointed

I placed an order with SKY DIVA ON THE 19.12.2018 today is the 02.01.2019. I inquired about placing and delivery. they texted me back with their banking details and them advising me to send my details etc. sent them a watsapp text asking when i should expect my parcel they have not answered back.The add on facebook stated it takes them a business day to courier.but its long over due tried calling their head office but all i get is i should call them back during their working hours how strange cause when i do call them its during working hours. a few days back i get a text asking me if i got my order via watsapp.i rep**** back by saying no. I am still waiting for my hair even now. My festive was ruined as i spent alot of money going to salons doing things i didnt want to do expecting and hoping that i could have received my hair. Sky Diva is **** .I even called this number ********** 039 and nothing i sent them a text through watsap and my messages arent going through. I am so upset,planning on going to open up a case against them / . I would have understood if someone gave me an update all they do is just read text and not respond

Sky Diva is a **** . Poor customer service False advertising. unprofessional company full of disappointments. I would never recommend anyone to buy from them. *******
