Bad service

I can’t even explain how frustrating it is to call this store just to receive your order. The whole service is pathetic, placed an order I’m still waiting after 2 hours. Called their head office they also failing. What a waste of my time and my money. Spoke to Tshwelopelo at head office who tells me he cannot get through the store. Like what must I do if he is failing? I even noted on special instructions but still nothing is happening. Mind you this is not the first time. Something needs to be done with this store
