Personal loan

I app**** for a loan. They approved me. During May I asked if there will be hidden costs. They said no. I paid R2850 for whatever. Today they let me know that I have to pay another R1850 for transfer fees. I scrutinised the contract and nowhere is transfer fees stipulated. I will not recommend this company.
