Skunk might be right

My experience at skunk renewable was unfortunately less than acceptable. 4 months to do a home rainwater harvesting system installation and counting (It is still not completed). Multiple appointments to complete installation missed without any feedback to let me know that they would not be able to make it. When the installation team does show up, they have no idea what work needs to be done and therefore they do not have the required parts or pumps that was part of the initial quotation. This of course means they had to go back to the store to get parts, or order parts, which meant another two week wait before they continued again. There always seem to be an excuse of why they could not do what they promised, but after about a dozen times, I have to say that it becomes really tiresome. This has unfortunately been one of the worst and most frustrating installs I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
