Spoke to a manager who was utterly rude, mean. Couldnt even listen only highighting they took over business in august like I care,my jacket was taken in 3months prior.worse service!

Disappointed, utterly heartbroken, lost a family heirloom, with a manager who couldnt care, simply bad service,no assurance of trying to calm me &assist just your loss deal with it.
