Chasing Buying customers out

One of the staff members by the name of Moleka who refused to give us his name instead gave us a false name because we were unhappy about how he treated us and wanted to report matter to his manager in a subtle way he forced us to order something to drinkto avoid being chased out as we were seated checking which books can we get as he appeared to be in a rush he said he will give us time to think what we will get to drink and time he gave cause he came back after approximately 30 mins upon his return he asked what we will have of which my fiancee rep**** by saying we will leave shortly so there won't be any need to get anything and he rep**** by saying he needs to take the chairs this demand was made while we were still seated so basically he chased us out, customers who were interested in getting books and he threatened to get Montecasino securities to escort us out and he sent us downstairs to get contact details of skoobs book shop to lay our complaint, he did not want us to speak to the manager and claimed he is the manager, while downstairs he influnced the cashier to not talk to us and not listen to any word we say, were we treated this way cause of our skin colour? Were we looked down upon cause we black? Well that is the sense we got why were buying customers treated like trash by this Moleka guy?
