Poor Customer Service

After suspecting that my toddler may have eaten some of their gel, I contacted their customer support line. After asking how concerned I should be and if there are any symptoms to look out for. There as no response to my question and they hung up on me.

I Understand its a parents responsibility to keep your kids safe and don't hold Skleer accountable in any form.. But I am very disappointed by their response.
