Very Disappointing Service and Poor Management at Skitterblink

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and management from Skitterblink. Despite their reputation, my experience was far from professional. The cleaning team arrived late and did not bring the proper equipment, contrary to what was promised. Communication was poor throughout the process, and when I raised concerns, I was met with dismissive responses rather than solutions.

The carpets were barely vacuumed, and stains were left untouched, yet I was charged for services that were never properly rendered. Requests for a site inspection or re-clean were ignored or deflected. The owners appeared unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility for the lack of service quality.

I do not recommend Skitterblink to anyone who expects reliable, thorough cleaning and respectful customer service. There are many better cleaning companies that value their customers more.
